We will work together to explore all the options available. Once finalised we will then provide a cost, inclusions and exclusions for the tour.

Proceed with initial deposit to secure the bookings. We will be in touch with you throughout the process.

Changes: Changes made after the bookings are already done may lead to cancellation fee or additional cost depeneding on the changes.
Cancellation: Depending specific terms of a product, cancellation of your booking could incur fees, along with any additional charges charged by airlines, cruise lines or other travel service providers.
Pre-Existing medical condition: It is important you let us know of any pre-existing medical conditions so that we can forward this information to all our local agents and partners.
Dietary requirements: We strive to accommodate dietary requirements. Please specify your dietary needs at the time of booking so we can inform our ground team to better assist you.
Travel Documents: Journeys Unlimited handles all tour ground arrangements exclusively. We do not currently offer visa advice, issue air tickets to and from the destination, or arrange travel insurance. However, we can connect you with our trusted partners for these services.
Tour Documents: Your final documentation will include a detailed daily itinerary and essential travel information. Where applicable, flight details and vouchers may also be provided. We aim to issue final documentation 7–30 days before departure.
Local agent’s contact details in case of emergency: We will share all necessary contact details in case you need to reach out, available 24/7
Changes to original plan or arranging new services: Unexpected events like weather or other factors may occur. Your safety remains our priority, and suitable alternatives will be arranged. Participation in any self-arranged activities during the tour will be at your own expense and responsibility.
Our services commence at the tour destination, and we currently do not arrange flights to or from the destination. However, flights or transportation included in the tour itinerary will be organized by us, with all tickets, vouchers, and documentation provided as part of your tour documentation.
Payment method: Currently we accept only bank transfer as our payment method
Initial deposit: Must be made as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
Payment schedule: We will provide a detailed payment schedule once your tour reservations are finalized. Please note that certain services, such as internal flights, cruises, transportation, and activities, may require full upfront payment to guarantee availability.
